Mr. Ope OGUNBANJO

Obtained a Bachelors Honors Degree in Manufacturing Engineering & Operations Management from the University of Nottingham in 2003.

 

He has since garnered a wealth of cross sector experience working for global leading firms such as British Telecommunications Plc, Diageo, &De Beers Corporation. Mr. Ogunbanjo also worked as a financial analyst in V&T Limited with a skewed focus on investments and capital funding within the West African real estate & hospitality sector.

 

He currently owns and manages Rhombus 24 Services Limited, a real estate investment firm established over 7 years ago with the key objective of filling the quality gap in the Nigerian housing market. Mr. Ogunbanjo is an alumnus of said Business School, University of Oxford, and an active member of its London chapter.

 

Managing Director

Mr. Femi T. AKINGBE

A chartered accountant started his professional career in 1976 with audit firms including Price Waterhouse & Co. (1978-1980).

 

He joined Chase Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited in 1980 as a Credit Analyst, rose to become Lagos Branch Manager of the bank in 1984 and left as an Assistant General Manager and Head of Credit Policy Dept. in 1988.

 

In 1983, Mr. Akingbe completed 12 Month CREDIT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM of Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., New York, and was Graduated "OUTSTANDING".

 

He has exceptional competence in relationship and portfolio management, financial consultancy, venture

capital services, product marketing and international trade finance.

 

He is the Chief Executive Officer of V&T Limited.

 

He is the Chairman of VT Leasing Limited, Agusto & Co. Limited, and the Vice Chairman of Global Haulage Resources Limited. He also serves as a Director of Emerald Energy Resources Limited, Helios Tower Nigeria,

Academy Press Business Forms Limited and Multi-Links Telecommunications Limited.

DENARIUS CAPITAL LIMITED

A firm that specialises in providing financial and business consultancy services.

 

Denarius is positioned to deliver project finance and financial solutions to key business sectors.

 

The Company is managed by Mr. Tayo Obasanya. Mr. Obasanya has experience in business and strategy development, corporate finance, financial management and project finance.

 

He is a fomer Associate of Ventures & Trusts Advisory Partners.

Trennco Oil & Gas Ltd

Trennco Oil & Gas is an integrated energy consultancy involved both in the Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas markets in WestAfrica.

 

Catherine Ashenuga is the Managing Director of the company, she holds a BA (Hons.) Economics from University of Reading, England.

 

She formerly worked with OG Energy Services Ltd as a Business Development Associate and prior to this, she was employed by Barclays Private Bank Ltd as a Graduate Trainee in 1999, and rose to Private Banking Executive before leaving the company in August 2004.

 

Catherine oversees business development activities and new markets for Trennco. She is actively involved in growing core business divisions as well as proposing and structuring investment strategies for ,both private and institutional clients seeking to expand their oil and gas activities in West Africa

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Kunle OLAGUNJU

He is currently the head of the Advisory unit and the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.

He joined V&T, as the Chief Financial Officer in February 2014. He holds a first degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Bayero University Kano (BUK). He is a Chartered member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transportation (CILT). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).

 

Before joining V&T, he has had extensive working experience spanning public and private practices. He previously worked with Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) between 1999 and 2006 where he resigned as the Treasury Accountant before joining Global Haulage Resources Limited (GHRL) in 2006, where he rose from Financial Controller to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

 

Mr. Olagunju oversees the North and West Operations of GHRL as a Business Unit Manager before his appointment as a General Manager in 2010. He had attended trainings and seminars at the Lagos Business School.

 

His exposures in the Logistics industry span across South Africa and America. Kunle is well experienced in the Nigeria Logistics' scenarios as well as Nigeria financial system.

Miss Titi AKINOLA

She Graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos.

 

Prior to V&T, she worked in an International advertising agency. She heads the Corporate Resources Unit of V&T.

Mrs. Jadesola SHAWANA - LL.M

She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association, a lawyer with 10 years post call experience. She has a Masters degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland U.K.

 

She is also a student member of the institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators U.K.

 

Prior to V&T. She worked with S.A Onadele & CO, a reputable law firm where she worked actively as a Barrister and Solicitor.

 

She is the Chief Legal and compliance officer of V&T Limited.

Mrs. Temitope ORIOLA

She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc Honor) degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos.

 

She has over 8 years experience in Advisory & Corporate Finance.

 

She is currently an Associate in Financial Advisory Unit.
